A: Sure! We want to hear about your ideas and discuss a Special Order.
Q: I have TT pottery design pieces that are not currently on the website, can I order them?
A: Yes, that can be ordered as a special order item. Please contact TT Pottery Designs for more information.
Q: I want to order gift items, can I add a personal message to be delivered with the gift?
A: Yes, we will include a generic note; “This gift is crafted especially for you, from (or you can choose by) (name)” Or you can contact us with a personal note to be included with your gift order.
Q: I am buying a gift and want to order something for myself, can I place this in one order?
A: Please place separate orders to keep delivery details clear.
Q: Can I place a rush delivery order?
A: We maintain a certain amount of inventory on hand. Call us for availability, We will send out your order the next business day for expedited delivery. You will then be notified regarding the exact delivery date.
Q: Are you creating new works or one of a kind pieces?
A: As artists, we are continually developing our creativity, trying new ideas and Ceramic forms and methods. These will be posted in our newsletter, please sign up for this newsletter a the bottom of the home page.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: When your order is received, you will get an email confirmation, including availability and estimated delivery time. If your items ordered are currently available, we will ship out within 4 business days, if your items need to be created, it will be a few weeks before shipment.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: If your order is damaged during shipping, TT Pottery Designs will work with you to file a damage claim and replace damaged items ASAP. If you are dissatisfied with your received order, contact us to find an agreeable solution.
